Q: Why can’t notifications be disabled on a per-event basis?

A: Besides disabling all notifications,these preferences are set up by the user in their account settings. This is done on a per user basis instead of per event because it will be confusing for the user as to why they received emails about one event and not another, and it is ultimately up to the user’s discretion if they would like to receive the emails. However, reviews can be disabled on a per-event basis because certain events, such as memorial service or academic dates do not warrant a review.


Q: Is it possible to add custom theming to user notifications?

A: At this time this is not possible, but it is on already on our roadmap to be considered for future development.
